Light Fruit Cake

  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and beat well. Blend in

  4. ingredients; reserve 4 tablespoons flour to dust fruit.
  5. Beat in milk, vanilla and almond extract until smooth. Combine cherries,
  6. raisins,
  7. dates,
  8. nuts and coconut with the reserved flour.
  9. Fold
  10. into
  11. cake
  12. batter.take in a greased and floured cake mold or loaf type bread pan.
  13. Bake at 275u0b0 for 2 hours or
  14. until
  15. atake
  16. tester inserted comes out clean. Sprinkle cake with your choice of liquor.
