Chili Con Carne

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the ground beef. Add the onion, garlic, tomatoes and peppers and fry for 3 minutes. Add 1 cup water and stir in the chili con carne mix. Bring to the boil and simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the kidney beans and sweet corn and season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve with warm tortillas.
