Tuna Macaroni And Cheese
- 3.5 oz macaroni
- 1/2 head broccoli, cut into small florets
- 5 oz frozen peas, thawed
- 1 (15 oz) can tuna, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can creamed corn
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 2 None spring onions, sliced
- 1 None lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/2 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Lightly grease a large baking dish.
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, adding broccoli and peas for final 2 mins. Drain. Toss with tuna, creamed com, sour cream, onions, lemon zest, lemon juice and tomatoes. Season. Transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs over top. Bake 30-35 mins, until bubbling and golden.
