Aromatic Pork And Apple Salad

  1. Combine hoisin sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, five-spice powder, garlic and ginger.
  2. Combine 1/2 cup sauce mixture with pork in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  3. Stir 1 tbsp water into remaining sauce mixture and refrigerate.
  4. Drain pork, reserving marinade. Oil a grill pan and place over medium-high heat. Cook pork, brushing occasionally with marinade, to your liking. Cover and let rest for 10 mins. Slice thickly.
  5. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a medium serving bowl. Top salad with sliced pork. Serve with reserved sauce.
