Chocolate And Strawberry Mousse

  1. Wrap strips of parchment paper around 6 - 3 oz ramekins, extending paper 1 inch above rims.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat chocolate mousse mix and almond extract with 1 cup whole milk for 5 mins, or until thick. Beat in melted chocolate. Transfer 1/3 cup to 3 ramekins.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, beat strawberry jam until smooth. Add strawberry mousse mix and remaining milk. Beat for 5 mins, or until thick. Transfer 1/3 cup raspberry mousse to remaining ramekins. Pour 1/3 cup over ramekins containing chocolate mousse. Pour remaining chocolate mousse over ramekins containing strawberry mousse. Freeze for 2 hours.
  4. Remove paper and garnish with strawberries, whipped cream and chocolate curls.
