Chicken Bundles

  1. Place chicken between two sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap. Pound to 1/4 inch thickness, using a mallet or rolling pin.
  2. Place chicken in large shallow container; set side.
  3. Combine molasses, ginger, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, oil and lemon juice; stir well.
  4. Pour mixture over chicken breasts and marinate 8 hours in refrigerator.
  5. Saute mushrooms and green onions in 1/8 cup butter, stirring constantly until liquid has evaporated.
