Party Cheese Terrine
- 1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 3/4 c. snipped parsley
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. margarine, softened
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans deviled ham
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained
- 1 tsp. mustard
- Oil 1 small loaf pan or Tupperware cheese container with lid. Stir together chopped nuts and 3 tablespoons parsley.
- Spread evenly in bottom of pan.
- In medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, margarine and milk until smooth.
- For first layer, spread 1/3 of cheese mixture evenly over nuts.
- Second layer, transfer half of remaining cheese mixture to another bowl.
- Stir in remaining parsley and onions.
- Spread over cheese layer already in loaf pan.
- Third layer, stir deviled ham, diced pimento and mustard into remaining cheese.
- Spread over other layers in pan. Chill overnight.
- Invert on tray or Tupperware lid to serve.
