Oatmeal Applesauce Bread(Diabetic)

  1. Mix oats, flour, all-bran, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Stir in applesauce, oil and eggs until blended.
  3. Stir in raisins and nuts until well mixed.
  4. Put into a lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 350u0b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
  6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out on rack to cool completely.
  7. Yields one loaf (18 slices, 1/2-inch thick).
