Chocolate Banana Yogurt Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F. Line a 6-cup muffin pan with paper muffin liners. For the batter, sift combined flour and cocoa powder into a large bowl and stir in sugar. In a separate large bowl, whisk banana, butter, yogurt and eggs together. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the banana mixture. Mix lightly until just combined. Divide between muffin cups. Bake 20-25 mins until just cooked, when tested. Cool in pan 5 min. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Top with fresh banana slices and Nutella, if using.
