Sticky Chicken Wings With Barbecued Corn

  1. Combine honey, soy sauce, lemon zest and juice, oil and five spice in a shallow bowl. Add chicken wings and toss to coat; chill for 1 hour or overnight to marinate.
  2. Preheat a grill on medium. Peel back corn husks without removing husk. Remove and discard silk. Spread cobs with butter. Re-wrap in husks; secure with string.
  3. Cook corn, covered and 4 inches from heat source, for 20 mins, turning frequently, until tender. (If browning too quickly, wrap cobs in foil and continue cooking.)
  4. Meanwhile, cook chicken wings for 20 mins, turning constantly, until browned and cooked through. Serve chicken wings with corn and a grinding of pepper.
