Hawaiian Pizza

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl and add the yeast. Add a pinch of salt, then pour in 1/2 cup of lukewarm water and the olive oil. Mix to form a smooth dough, using either the dough hook of a food processor or your hands. Shape the dough into a ball, cover the bowl and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 mins.
  2. On a floured work surface, roll the dough into a 10 inch circle, then lift onto a greased baking sheet. Season the chopped tomatoes with salt and pepper, then spread over the pizza dough, leaving a border around the edge, then distribute the pineapple, ham and mozzarella on top. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 400u0b0F for about 25 mins. Garnish with the oregano and serve immediately.
