Mandarin Dinner

  1. Sprinkle steak with meat tenderizer according to package directions.
  2. Thinly slice steak.
  3. Heat oil in fry pan; add steak. Cool and stir only until steak has lost red color.
  4. Add water, 1/4 cup soy sauce and sugar.
  5. Add remaining ingredients; stir fry to crisp tender stage.
  6. Skillet can be covered to cook at low heat. Serve meat, vegetables, and juices in bowl with rice.
  7. Serve with soy sauce.
  8. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
