Miso Fish With Snow Pea Salad
- 1 1/3 lbs firm white fish fillets
- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 None green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snow pea sprouts, rinsed
- 1 medium carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 1 medium red pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- Preheat the oven to 375u0b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Place fish, in a single layer, on prepared pan.
- Combine miso, 1 1/2 tbsp mirin, garlic, ginger and onion in a small bowl. Spread miso mixture on top of fish. Bake for 10-12 mins or until cooked.
- Combine sprouts, carrot and pepper in a medium bowl. Add remaining 1 tbsp mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds; toss to coat. Serve fish with salad.
