Honey And Lemon Shrimp Stir-Fry

  1. Cook rice in medium saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until tender. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, toast sesame seeds in heated wok. Remove from wok. Cook shrimp in heated wok. Remove from wok.
  3. Stir-fry onion in heated wok for 3 mins, or until tender. Return shrimp to wok with cabbage, carrot, lemon juice, honey and ginger; stir-fry until hot.
  4. Serve rice with stir-fry, sprinkled with sesame seeds and green onion.
