Orange Cranberry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0. Put paper liners in 12 muffin cups. Place dry ingredients in large bowl and stir to mix. In medium bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, buttermilk and flavorings. Add to dry mixture and fold in. Do not overbeat! Fold in oranges and cranberries. Drop batter into muffin cups. Sprinkle sugar on tops for a little crust. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes then place on wire racks to cool.
