Kofta Skewers With Mint Yogurt

  1. Combine ground meat, onion, herbs, spices and egg white. Form into 18 links around individual skewers. Cook on a preheated, oiled grill pan or grill for 4 mins per side, until browned and cooked through.
  2. Meanwhile, to make the mint yogurt, combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Season and chill until required.
  3. Serve kofta drizzled with mint yogurt on naan bread.
