Baked Salmon With Vegetable Tagliatelle

  1. Preheat the oven to 425u0b0F. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, adding the vegetable strips about 6 min before the end of the cooking time. Drain and rinse briefly under cold water.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and saute the salmon for 2-3 mins. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the vegetable pasta in a baking dish and lay the salmon on top.
  3. For the sauce, add the hollandaise, cream, herbs and shrimp to a saucepan and stir together over a gentle heat. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Pour on top of the vegetables, pasta and salmon and bake for 10-15 mins. Serve garnished with parsley.
