Alabama Chocolate Pecan Jumbo Christmas Fudge Pie

• 1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
• 1/3 c. butter, melted
• 1/2 c. butter, softened
• 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
• 3 eggs
• 1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips, melted
• 2 tsp. instant coffee granules
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 c. pecans, chopped

1. Combine chocolate crumbs and 1/3 cup melted butter.
2. Firmly press mixture on bottom and sides of pie plate and bake at 350u0b0 until done or 6 to 8 minutes.
3. Cream 1/2 cup butter.
4. Gradually add brown sugar, beating at medium speed and add eggs, one at a time.
5. Stir in melted chocolate and next 4 ingredients.
6. Pour mixture into prepared crust.
7. Bake at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes and let cool.
8. Top with Cool Whip, chocolate syrup, maraschino cherries, etc.
