Hot Sauce(Salsa)

  1. If you like chunky salsa, chop up peppers, onion and cilantro, and combine all ingredients.
  2. Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
  3. If you like smooth salsa, place ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until pureed.
  4. You control how hot the sauce is by the amount of peppers.
  5. The sauce will keep in the refrigerator for approximately 2 weeks.
