Chicken And Avocado Tortilla Cups
- 1 cup shredded roast chicken
- 1 1/2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 None avocado, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp finely chopped basil, plus additional leaves, to serve
- 4 None flour tortillas
- None None Mixed salad, to serve
- Preheat the oven 400u0b0F. Lightly grease 4 cups of a muffin pan.
- Combine chicken, lettuce, avocado, tomato, mayonnaise, chili sauce and basil in a large bowl.
- Microwave tortillas on High (100%) in 15-second increments until pliable. Carefully place in prepared muffin pan, shaping into cups. Bake 5 mins or until golden and crisp.
- Place tortilla cups on serving plates. Fill with chicken mixture and top with additional basil leaves. Serve with salad.
