Slow-Roasted Salmon With Broccolini
- 4 None salmon fillets about 4 oz each
- 2 tbsp tamari, plus extra to serve
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 None lime, grated zest and juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 None garlic clove, chopped
- 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed and stir-fried
- Preheat oven to 250u0b0F. Lightly spray a baking dish with oil.
- In a bowl combine the tamari, vinegar, lime zest and juice, honey, oil, ginger and garlic. Place fish in the baking dish and brush with the tamari mixture.
- Bake, basting occasionally, for 20-25 mins, until flesh flakes easily when tested with a fork. Pour remaining basting mixture into small saucepan. Bring to a boil on high. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 mins, until slightly thickened
- Serve fish on a bed of broccolini, drizzled with juices.
