Vegetable Fritters

  1. Sift flour and 2 tsp salt into a large bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups water and stir until smooth. Add vegetables, garlic and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok on medium-high heat (until a cube of bread sizzles on contact). Cook 2 tbsp batter per fritter, in batches, for 2 mins each side, until golden.
  3. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with additional green onion and serve with chili sauce.
