Mother’S Day Chocolate Chip Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0F. Grease and flour a 10 cup Bundt pan. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla extract. Beat in whole eggs, 1 by 1. Mix flour and baking powder together and add, alternating with milk, until incorporated. Add chocolate chips. Bake for 50 mins or until a skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 mins in the pan then remove and cool completely on a wire rack.
  2. To finish, mix egg white, powdered sugar and 3 tbsp water until smooth. Pour over cooled cake so it drizzles down the sides. Decorate with sugar hearts and allow to dry. Serve with whipped cream.
