Stir-Fried Pork With Pecans

  1. Whisk together stock, soy sauce, chili sauce, sesame oil and garlic then set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook pork for 2 mins per side, or until golden and cooked. Drain on paper towels then slice. Add onion and pepper and cook, stirring, for 2-3 mins, or until almost tender. Add noodles and sauce mixture and cook for 2-3 mins, or until sauce boils. Add pak choy and toss until wilted. Remove from heat then toss with pork, 1/2 the pecans and 1/2 cup cilantro.
  3. Transfer to shallow serving bowls. Serve topped with remaining pecans and cilantro.
