Indian-Spiced Roast Beef

  1. Toast seeds and spices in small dry skillet on medium heat until fragrant. Combine spices and oil in a small bowl. Place beef in a shallow dish; rub spice mixture all over beef. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Heat a covered grill to medium-high. Cook beef, turning, until browned all over. Prepare grill for indirect heat cooking. Cook beef, in covered grill for 1 1/4 hours or until cooked to desired doneness. Remove beef from heat. Let stand, loosely covered with foil, for 15 mins.
  3. Serve sliced beef with mango chutney
