Crispy Fish With Chili Lime Mayonnaise

  1. Heat the oil to 350u0b0F in a deep-fat fryer or large skillet. Combine the mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic and chili pepper in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Place flour and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk in the club soda until combined. Dip fish in batter in batches and deep-fry until lightly browned and cooked through. Drain on a wire rack.
  3. Serve fish with mayonnaise mixture and lemon or lime wedges.
