Chinese Sweet 'N Sour Beef

  1. Trim fat from meat and tenderize.
  2. Cut into thin slices on diagonal across grain.
  3. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a large skillet until hot.
  4. Quickly brown beef, over high heat, stirring rapidly, for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Remove to platter with drippings.
