Quick Pork Fried Rice

  1. Whisk together honey and kecap manis. Add pork and turn to coat.
  2. Heat 1 tsp oil in a wok. Pour eggs into wok. Cook over medium heat, tilting pan, until almost set. Remove omelette from wok and roll up tightly. Slice thinly.
  3. Add remaining oil to wok. Stir-fry pork, in batches, until cooked through. Set aside. Stir-fry carrots and sliced pepper until just tender. Return 1/2 the omelette to the wok along with rice, pork, onions, bean sprouts, soy sauce and char siu sauce. Stir-fry until hot. Remove from heat and sprinkle with remaining omelette.
