Lou'S Spaghetti
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 large pkg. thin spaghetti
- Brown ground meat in skillet with onion and green pepper. Salt and pepper.
- Generously use Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces, stirring well.
- Add drained corn to skillet and stir.
- Add tomato sauce; stir and lower heat to simmer.
- Cook spaghetti according to directions, adding 1 tablespoon Wesson oil to keep from boiling over.
- Drain spaghetti; mix thoroughly with meat mixture.
- Place into a large Dutch oven.
- Mix in 1 cup of grated cheese.
- Top with 1 cup of grated cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350u0b0.
