Creamy Macaroni And Cheese

  1. Prepare macaroni according to the package directions. Drain. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, condensed soup, mustard, milk, sour cream and egg substitute. Whisk until smooth. Remove from the heat. Stir in cheese until melted. Place pan over low heat. Add pasta, stirring to coat. Cook for 5 mins or until creamy and heated through. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with remaining crumbled cheese crackers
