Three C Bread

  1. Combine beaten eggs, oil and milk.
  2. In large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Add egg mixture, mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. Stir in carrot, coconut, cherries, raisins and pecans.
  5. Turn into 4 well-greased and floured (16 ounces) fruit or vegetable cans.
  6. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
  7. Remove from cans and cool thoroughly.
  8. Wrap and refrigerate overnight or until used.
  9. To make one large loaf, bake in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan for 55 to 60 minutes.
