Cashew Candy(You Can'T Eat Just One!)

  1. Melt butter in a 2-quart saucepan.
  2. Add sugar, syrup and water.
  3. Heat, stirring constantly to crack stage (300u0b0).
  4. Watch carefully after 280u0b0.
  5. Stir in coarse nuts right at 300u0b0.
  6. Pour immediately into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  7. Scrape pan quickly and spread evenly in pan.
  8. Cool.
