Caribbean Fudge Pie(Kraft General Foods, Inc.)

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Add chocolate (melt in microwave or in double boiler), instant coffee and rum extract.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Stir in flour and 1 cup chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Decorate top with 1/2 cup walnut halves.
  8. Bake in lower third of oven for 25 minutes.
  9. Cool on wire rack.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  11. Top with whipped cream or ice cream. Serves 8 to 10.
