Lower Fat Cranberry Coffee Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour tube pan.
  3. Mix together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Cream sugar and margarine, add eggs and continue beating until well mixed.
  6. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream, beat until well mixed.
  7. Stir in orange juice and peel by hand.
  8. Spoon 1/2 of batter into pan.
  9. Spread 1/2 of cranberry sauce on top of batter. Repeat layer of batter and cranberry sauce.
  10. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes.
  11. Cool 10 minutes before removing pan.
