Chunky Chicken Salsa Sandwiches

  1. In large bowl combine chicken, yogurt, salsa and cumin; stir gently.
  2. Stir in pepper, cilantro and green onions.
  3. Line pita half with lettuce.
  4. Spoon chicken salad mix evenly into pockets. Sprinkle toppings over chicken salad mix.
  5. Serve immediately. When using nonfat yogurt, drain excess liquid by placing yogurt in a coffee filter for 5 minutes.
