Saigon Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. Boil garlic, ginger, lemongrass in broth for 20 minutes.
  2. Add fish sauce, cooked chicken, bean sprouts and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Garnish with basil, cilantro to serve.
  4. Add sriracha sauce and white pepper to taste.
