Sugarless Applesauce Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Combine raisins, fruit and water in saucepan.
  3. Cook, uncovered, until water is evaporated and fruit is soft.
  4. Set aside to cool.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, applesauce, sweetener, oil and vanilla.
  7. Add nuts to fruit mixture.
  8. Stir into dry ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour into greased fluted tube pan.
  9. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
