Zesty Cabbage Rolls

  1. Core cabbage and put in plastic bag; cook in microwave for approximately 25 minutes (if not fully cooked, put in for approximately 5 minutes more).
  2. Let cool.
  3. In microwave dish, prepare rice according to instructions on package; let cool.
  4. Take sauce and put about 1 inch on bottom of lasagna dish.
  5. Separate cabbage leaves, pulling off one at a time.
  6. Take 1 loaf of cabbage.
  7. Spread out and put on 1 large spoon of rice and 1 teaspoon of sour cream.
  8. Flop in sides and roll.
  9. Do this until all leaves are rolled and place them in the dish with sauce. Cover them with the rest of the sauce.
  10. Sprinkle cheeses on top and bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
