Zesty Cabbage Rolls
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 box Rice-A-Roni Spanish rice
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 16 oz. prepared spaghetti sauce
- 4 to 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Core cabbage and put in plastic bag; cook in microwave for approximately 25 minutes (if not fully cooked, put in for approximately 5 minutes more).
- Let cool.
- In microwave dish, prepare rice according to instructions on package; let cool.
- Take sauce and put about 1 inch on bottom of lasagna dish.
- Separate cabbage leaves, pulling off one at a time.
- Take 1 loaf of cabbage.
- Spread out and put on 1 large spoon of rice and 1 teaspoon of sour cream.
- Flop in sides and roll.
- Do this until all leaves are rolled and place them in the dish with sauce. Cover them with the rest of the sauce.
- Sprinkle cheeses on top and bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
