Chili
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 lb. hot sausage
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 2 pkg. French's Chili-O mix
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 lb. pinto beans, cooked
- 1 can Bush's red hot chili beans
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 medium can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce (12 or 16 oz.)
- 1 can Franco-American spaghetti in tomato/cheese sauce
- 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped (medium hot) (add more peppers for hot)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- Brown in cooking oil in heavy skillet: beef, sausage, onions and garlic salt.
- Put chili mix in.
- Mix together rest of ingredients (except spaghetti and tomato/cheese sauce, which you put in last).
- Simmer for about 4 hours.
- Add spaghetti and tomato/cheese sauce.
