Hot Crab Dip
- 1/2 large container cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. seafood seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 16 oz. crabmeat
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
- Cream together cottage cheese, mayonnaise and cream cheese. Mix all ingredients together except Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cook at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes in 9 x 9 square pan or large round chafing dish.
- Serve hot with assorted crackers or bagel chips.
