Country Style Spareribs
- 1 c. beef broth
- 1/2 c. peach preserves
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 lb. pork country style ribs
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. cold water
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- hot cooked noodles
- In bowl, combine beef broth, peach preserves, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and salt.
- Place ribs in crock-pot.
- Pour broth mixture over.
- Place onion on top.
- Cover and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
- Remove ribs to platter.
- Keep warm.
- Measure 1 1/2 cups liquid; combine water and flour.
- Blend into reserved liquid in saucepan.
- Cook and stir until thickened.
- Serve over ribs and noodles.
