Country Style Spareribs

  1. In bowl, combine beef broth, peach preserves, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and salt.
  2. Place ribs in crock-pot.
  3. Pour broth mixture over.
  4. Place onion on top.
  5. Cover and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
  6. Remove ribs to platter.
  7. Keep warm.
  8. Measure 1 1/2 cups liquid; combine water and flour.
  9. Blend into reserved liquid in saucepan.
  10. Cook and stir until thickened.
  11. Serve over ribs and noodles.
