Savory Stuffed Meat Loaf

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Mix all ingredients except stuffing. Spread 2/3 of the mixture in ungreased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inches, pressing mixture up sides of pan to within 3/4-inches of the top. Spoon stuffing onto mixture in pan, then top with remaining meat mixture, covering stuffing completely.
  3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  4. Drain off fat.
  5. Let stuffed meat loaf stand 5 minutes before cutting into thick slices.
