Crab Artichoke Casserole

  1. Combine mayonnaise and half and half until smooth and add cubed bread.
  2. Fold next 7 ingredients into this mixture.
  3. Pour into a slightly greased, shallow two-quart casserole.
  4. Cover and chill overnight.
  5. Combine soft bread crumbs and oleo.
  6. Stir and sprinkle over top of casserole.
  7. Bake one hour at 325u0b0 or until bubbly. Yields 8 servings.
