Chocolate Layer Dessert

  1. Mix the first three ingredients together.
  2. Press into a 9x13 pan.
  3. Bake at 325 F for 20-25 minutes. Cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese and icing sugar together.
  5. Mix in 2 cups of Cool Whip.
  6. Spread over crust.
  7. Mix chocolate, vanilla pudding and milk together.
  8. Spread over cream cheese.
  9. Spread remaining 2 cups of Cool Whip over the pudding layer if desired.
  10. Grate chocolate over top if desired.
  11. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
