Chocolate Pudding Stacks

  1. In microwave, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water.
  2. Let stand 1 minute to soften.
  3. Microwave on high 20 seconds, stir; rotate cup 1/4 turn;
  4. microwave high 20 seconds.
  5. Prepare pudding with skim milk following package directions.
  6. Add unflavored gelatin and vanilla to pudding, stir until blended.
  7. Place 8 graham crackers in bottom of 11 X 7 inch dish.
  8. Spread with 1/2 the pudding.
  9. Place 1/2 the banana slices on pudding.
  10. Repeat layers ending with bananas.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  12. To serve cut into 8 squares.
  13. Top with 1 tub whipped topping.
