Chocolate Pudding Stacks
- 1 package unflavored gelatin
- 2 packages (14 - 1/2 cup serving) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 quart skim milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 16 graham crackers (2 1/2 squares)
- 2 medium bananas
- 1/2 cup whipped topping
- In microwave, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water.
- Let stand 1 minute to soften.
- Microwave on high 20 seconds, stir; rotate cup 1/4 turn;
- microwave high 20 seconds.
- Prepare pudding with skim milk following package directions.
- Add unflavored gelatin and vanilla to pudding, stir until blended.
- Place 8 graham crackers in bottom of 11 X 7 inch dish.
- Spread with 1/2 the pudding.
- Place 1/2 the banana slices on pudding.
- Repeat layers ending with bananas.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
- To serve cut into 8 squares.
- Top with 1 tub whipped topping.
