Taco Bake

  1. Brown meat and onions; drain.
  2. Add seasoning mix and water. Simmer 25 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile in medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar, onion and salt; mix well.
  4. Add warm water and oil.
  5. Mix by hand until almost smooth.
  6. Stir in corn chips and enough remaining flour to make a stiff batter. Spread in well-greased 10-inch pie pan, forming a rim around edge.
  7. Cover; let rise in a warm place about 20 minutes.
  8. Spread meat filling over dough. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until edge is light golden brown and crisp.
  9. Sprinkle cheese, lettuce and tomatoes on top.
  10. Serve immediately.
