Chocolate Sour Cream Black Walnut Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 275u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan. Cream butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Sift flour, soda and cocoa together.
  5. Add this to creamed mixture, alternately with sour cream and milk. Beat well.
  6. Flour nuts with 2 tablespoons flour and fold into cake mixture.
  7. Add vanilla and beat again.
  8. Bake in slow oven for approximately 2 hours or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Makes 16 servings.
