Finger Lickin Chicken Gizzards

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a slow roll.
  3. Cover.
  4. Turn down heat to low and simmer for approximately 3 hours.
  5. Note: Do not boil or the gizzards will become dry and over cooked.
  6. Stir occasionally.
