Beef And Pea Pod Stir-Fry

  1. Partially freeze beef.
  2. Thinly slice meat across the grain into bite size strips.
  3. In a 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole, cook meat strips, covered, on 100% power (High) for 4 to 6 minutes or until meat is brown, stirring every 2 minutes.
  4. Use a slotted spoon to remove meat from the dish, reserving juices.
  5. Set meat aside.
