Pasta, Pepper And Broccoli Salad

  1. Prepare macaroni as directed.
  2. Drain.
  3. Keep warm.
  4. Saute in 1 tablespoon olive oil and red peppers until crisp.
  5. Remove to bowl. In same skillet, use 1 tablespoon oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt to cook broccoli, stirring constantly until coated with oil.
  6. Add 3/4 cup water.
  7. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 5 minutes, until tender-crisp, stirring often.
